• When you use KeyLink, we work with New Zealand’s Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and know the requirements of New Zealand’s Department of Labour (DoL).
• KeyLink will register your company with the IRD as an employer. Once this is done you won’t have to deal with the IRD for any payroll related matters.
• We can advise you on the requirements of the DoL with respect to employees’ holiday and leave entitlements and then track these for you.
• If you don't have a NZ bank account, KeyLink can provide a Commercial Trust Account for payments to your employees and the IRD.
• On receipt of your timesheet each period, our staff calculate employee pay, make payments, provide payslips, file the required returns to the IRD and provide reports for your accounting purposes and to meet your legal requirements.
