Inland Revenue Department (IRD) have introduced eDocuments

If you have:

• an activated myIR account for your business and,
• a current e-mail and postal address in myIR

your statements and notices will no longer be mailed to us. They will now be made available in myIR as an "eDocument" and you will be emailed an alert.

eDocuments replace mailed statements and notices, and mean

• All your Inland Revenue eDocuments are in one place
• You can view, print or save eDocuments where it suits you
• No more paper in the mail
• They're accessible anywhere, anytime you have internet access

If your company is not registered for myIR, eDocuments are not available to you.

If your company is registered for myIR it means that we no longer receive all your payroll related notices or statements. 

We want to respond to these notices and statements as quickly as possible. So please take one of the following actions:

1. Every time you get an eDocument alert, download the eDocument and email it to us.
2. Call the IRD on 0800 227 774 and unsubscribe from eDocuments for the following tax types.
   • Employer superannuation contribution tax
   • PAYE deductions
   • KiwiSaver employee deductions
   • KiwiSaver employer deductions
   • Student loan employer
3. Add KeyLink as user on your company MyIR account with the correct access as follows:
   Click on “Manage Account Access”
   Click on “Create New User”
   First Name – Edp
   Last Name – KeyLink
   Email address – edp@keylink.co.nz
   Phone Number - +64 9 280 0320
   UserID – KPSXXX (where XXX is the three letter code we use on your reports)
   Role – User
   Name of support person – (select any name, we won't call them)
   

   On the next page select access to:

   • Employer superannuation contribution tax
   • PAYE deductions
   • KiwiSaver employee deductions
   • KiwiSaver employer deductions
   • Student loan employer
   • ir-File

Then click on "Save" and we will be sent a message to setup the account at our end.

Once we have set up our account, you can opt out of alerts for eDocuments.
