Cashing Up Annual Leave
Since 1 April 2011 employees can request that up to one week of their Annual Leave that became available after 1 April 2011 is cashed up.
Employers can refuse the request without providing a reason.
If you you wish us to Cash up Leave for one of your employees, please the number of days or hours as appropriate in the Lump Sum column on your input sheet and enter CashUp in the Notes Column.
Cashed up leave is taxed as a Lump Sum which is generally lower than an employee's normal rate.
